Here’s what you say about us
"For years, I eliminated pasta from my diet. As soon as I ate it, it gave me severe headaches and, for several days, pain throughout my body and a feeling of poisoning and general malaise. The more I ate, the worse I felt. By chance, I tried eating your pasta for several days, and the results surprised even me. The first wonderful feeling was how easy it was to digest and how light I felt—something I had never experienced before. This lets me carry on with my daily life calmly and normally. I recommend everyone try it, even if, like me, you think you don’t have any problems, because the difference in taste is remarkable compared to the usual pasta on the market. I can only thank this company and the person who recommended it to me, because all this has given me back the opportunity and pleasure of eating a lovely plate of pasta whenever I want, with no consequences. Thank you"

"I tried this pasta for the first time a couple of weeks ago, on the recommendation of a good friend. EXCELLENT! I realised that until now I hadn’t known the real taste of authentic pasta. It’s on another level! The flavour, texture and cooking—and above all, after eating it, I didn’t feel as heavy as I often do with various “commercial” brands. The best, especially because it really brings out the sauces you use. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely towels that mirror the logo / labels on the pasta. Love the size! Made my March subscription box into a Sicilia box -- I liked the pasta that much! Slowly dried after being extruded through bronze disks, the pasta has a nice flavor."

"Our customers are as crazy for this pasta as we are! You can’t buy pasta like this in The US. People buy it for themselves and for gifts, throw in a bottle of olive oil and a gorgeous tea towel and you have a great gift. Ships lightning fast too, which is great because we always need more!"

"I love this pasta. It's different: chewy, dense and delicious. I'm almost ready to order more. Can you recommend a company that sells wedges of Parmesan with a long shelf life? I'd like to add some to my pasta corner. Thank you so much; I really appreciate the "little extras" you include—the pretty towel with your logo, the gift bags and always the lovely little note. These small extras mean a lot to me; they show how much you care. Thank you."
