Sicilia naturalmente grew out of a family’s extensive experience in making dried Sicilian pasta. It is the successor to a better-known brand that left the market a few years ago—a brand that made history in Sicily’s dried pasta industry for more than 100 years. Today, the business has evolved to meet the needs of a digital, global marketplace while remaining true to tradition and quality.

Sicilia naturalmente brings together extensive experience and a deep passion, refreshed and renewed to better meet the needs of today’s most discerning consumers. They are increasingly informed and mindful of their health and wellbeing, and constantly seek high-quality products rooted in their local heritage.

Margherita Tomasello has chosen to continue her entrepreneurial journey by going back to the roots of the family business, offering an artisanal, non-industrial product, just as Pastificio Tomasello did at the beginning of its story. With the same passion, care and dedication, she creates a product that tells the story of our Sicily through the flavours, aromas and colours of our land.

We carefully select Sicilian grains to ensure quality and flavor. Slow drying in static drying chambers preserves the taste and aroma of freshly milled wheat.
